Barb Pellick - Inducted into Australian Marathon Swimming Hall of Fame

Congratulations to our own Barb Pellick who has been honoured by being inducted into the inaugral 2020/2021 class Australian Marathon Swimming Hall of Fame.

The purpose of the Australian Marathon Swimming Hall of Fame is to immortalise the career achievements of those Australians who have distinguished themselves as a marathon swimmer or contributor in the sport in Australia or internationally.

Barb was nominated and selected, most deservedly, in recognition of her achievements and contributions to the swimming in Australia and internationally. She joins a list of the who's who of Marathon Swimming in Australia.

Barb's achievements are many, but arguably none greater than how she inspires swimmers of all ages and abilities and generously passes on her knowledge through her swim school "Rottoswmr Swim Squad" and our Club.
