Drakesbrook Weir Swim - Sun 29 March
A crack (pot?) team of open water swimmers are heading to Drakesbrook Weir on Sunday 29 March and are inviting any and all interested in joining them.
The idea of the swim is twofold:
Put in some serious freshwater k's as part of a rigorous training programme being implemented in the lead up to the Lake Argyle Swim in May; and
Enjoy a social BBQ breakfast after the swim.
The more keen swimmer(s) will hit the water at 7:30am, but the not so keen are free to join in later at 8:00 am or just come for the BBQ.
