Swimmers' Seminar - All the info you need to make it to Rotto

The Rottnest Channel Swim Association will again be holding a free first-time Swimmers' Seminar on Wednesday, 18 September 2019, from 6.00pm to 7.30pm at the Lecture Theatre at HBF Stadium. The Seminar will cover training, swimming tips, nutrition, preparation, the signs of hypothermia, as well as common mistakes.

While it is designed for soloists, anyone who is interested in swimming in the 2020 Rottnest Channel Swim for the first time will find it helpful and is welcome to attend.
