Relay Tips and Fun Day - Sun 22nd July!

As part of the lead up to the Golden Groper Relay Meet on the 4th August, Coach Des and Captain Jen ran a "RELAY TIPS & TRICKS" session at MARC on Sunday morning 22 JULY, which was followed by some excellent diving practice (in the pool) and morning tea (not in the pool).

Most of the 24 members of our crack Golden Gropers Relay Team attended and learnt how to psych out our opponents and to avoid DQing your relay team.

It is great to see the Club being able to enter relays in a wide spread of age groups. For those who it is your first meet, take a lead from the old hands but most importantly just relax and enjoy yourself!
