Swimming Workshop - Sunday 23 April

Ryan Spencer has kindly offered to run a Swimming Workshop on "How to prepare for Pool Competitions" on Sunday 23 April 2017 at 9:00am at the MARC clubrooms.

This is a fantastic opportunity for our members to learn from one of the best swimmers and coaches going round. The timing couldn't be better for all those entered in the State Championships the following weekend.
