2016 Fremantle Ports Swim Thru

The Fremantle Fins are proud to present the Fremantle Ports Swim Thru 2016 incorporating the Livelighter MSWA State Open Water Championship at South Beach, Fremantle.

6.15am - Registration

7.15am – Race Briefing

7.30am – Race Start

Choose from:

1.25km Fremantle Ports Swim Thru Open to all swimmers 11 years of age and over and whom have sufficient training to enable them to complete the course of 1.25km ocean swim safely and within a reasonable time. Entry fee $30.

2.5km LiveLighter State Open Water Championship. Open to all swimmers 12 years of age and over and whom have sufficient training to enable them to complete the course of 2.5km ocean swim safely and within a reasonable time. Entry fee $30.

5km Fremantle Ports Swim Thru Open to all swimmers 12 years of age and over and whom have sufficient training to enable them to complete the course of 5km ocean swim safely and within a reasonable time. Entry fee $30.

500m LiveLighter Novice swim Non-competitive/introductory swim over 500m course for swimmers 9 years of age and over and new to open water swimming. Swimmers under 10 must have an accompanying chaperone swimmer at least 16 years of age. Guides will accompany swimmers and wetsuits may be worn, however snorkels and flippers/fins are not allowed for this event. Entry fee $12.

Entries Close: Online entries close midnight, Thursday 8th December 2016. Late entry will be available on race day at the venue until 6:45am ($40 for 1.25km, 2.5km & 5km distances and $12 for 500m Novice Swim)
