Simon Lyons breaks another State Record!

Not training much in the weeks leading up to the 2016 State Championships seems to have been the secret to Simon's success! Not only did he swim 5 PB's, he also twice broke the State Record for the 50m Backstroke in a time of 34.18 on Saturday and then again on Sunday in 34.09. Simon's swims beat the previous State Record set by Dimitrie Caminschi in 1997 with a time of 35.73 and was not far behind the National Record of 32.38 set in 2008 by John March.
