That's not a Shark - This is a Shark!

These photos were taken in 1983 at Hopetoun, between Albany and Esperance. Then as "Sailing Sue", in contrast to me now as "Treasurer Sue", I was a shore deckhand shark fishing out of Hopetoun on the FV "Sea Venture". We estimated the White Pointer was between 6 and 7 metres long. As you can see by the jaws it was HUGE!!!. My eldest daughter, who was 6 years of age at the time, could sit in them.

If you are worried about Sharks, there's no point - as humans swimming in their territory we take the risk!

Stay safe and happy swimming at Doddi's!
