Thanks to St John Ambulance
Mandurah Masters would like to thank Tony and Ron from St John Ambulance for presenting a valuable CPR and First Aid short course yesterday which they tailored to our needs as a Swimming Club. The course was attended by 9 Mannas, most who regularly swim at Doddi's. A special thanks to Ray for organising this event.
Important points covered include stroke and heart attack awareness, as well as using the Defib and doing CPR as part of a team. View the video above for some entertaining instructions on giving CPR.
